workshop

Looking to get started photographing couples & portraits? Workshops were super essential for me when I was getting started in the industry, so I decided to create one chock-full of insight that would have been helpful for me at that time. Simply watching other photographers shoot, hearing about their process & learning editing basics are what helped me create a career that I love with all my heart — that’s something I hope for everyone, so I implemented all of that into one video course.

Watch me live shoot & edit two separate sessions + tune in for a Q&A, gear rundown + learn the importance of styling & dreaming up concepts for sessions & much more!

“unposed” posing prompts

I love a good prompt. I only use a handful of them throughout shoots – I like to keep things natural, let couples interact on their own, guide them a bit in poses, ask questions & every now + then I’ll use one of these. They’re a perfect way to guide couples in natural interactions, help them feel comfortable & overall have a unique + enjoyable experience.

my guide to portland, oregon

The ultimate local guide to my favorite city in the world! Some of my most-asked questions are, “where do I eat and get coffee and go thrifting and find vegan food and where’s the best happy hour and what touristy stuff should I just skip?” whenever anybody’s coming to town.

So I compiled 48 of my most-loved spots including day trips to take, viewpoints not to miss & my top coffee shop picks. (Perfect for the solo-traveler, the work-tripper, the first-timer & those who have relocated here & are looking for the good stuff.)
